Delivery Info

If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will despatch it the same day. If it is a bank holiday or the weekend, we will ship your order on the next working day.

Usually all of our products listed on the site are in stock. If your product is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible.

We recommend orders over the value of £50 be sent via tracked delivery.

We can dispatch to an alternative billing address. We can also exclude any invoice or payment receipt if the item is a gift. We do also offer gift wrapping, however for this service you will need to Contact Us before or immediately after your purchase.

Any tracking or parcel location information will be sent to you in an email as soon as we have processed your order.

Free UK Delivery

We offer a Free Delivery to the UK on orders above a total value of £19.99. For any order total less than £19.99, there is a £0.99 delivery charge.

Next Day Delivery

We offer a Next Day Delivery service for £6.99. Standard deliveries usually arrive within 2 - 5 working days. We cannot guarantee next day delivery as this is dependant on the time the order is placed. We recommend next day delivery orders to be placed before 2pm. Next day deliveries only apply to orders placed Mon - Fri 9am - 2pm.

If you have an urgent requirement, to avoid disappointment it is best calling us before placing your order. Our friendly sales team will do their utmost to help you receive your order swiftly.

EU Delivery

Deliveries to countries residing in the EU is £6.95 for orders up to £69.50 and £9.95 for orders greater than £69.50. Please note; this is not a next day delivery service.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside of the UK or EU you would need to get in touch so we can create a custom International order. We do deliver to most countries in the world however, we can only calculate this on receiving your order. When we receive an International Order we immediately calculate the cost for that item to be delivered to the desired country. We then notify you of the cost the International Delivery would be and enquire whether you would like to follow through with your order. International Deliveries usually arrive within 5-8 working days, however this can be dependant on your local postal service or courier, and whether the parcel is delayed in customs.

It is best to contact us before placing an International order as we can inform you of what the exact delivery cost will be.

We can only deliver to the billing address on International Deliveries for security reasons.
