Delivery Information

If we receive your order before noon Monday to Friday we will despatch it the same day. If it is a bank holiday or the weekend, we will ship your order on the next working day.

Usually, all of our products listed on the site are in stock. If your product is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible.

We can dispatch to an alternative billing address. We can also exclude any invoice or payment receipt if the item is a gift. We do also offer gift wrapping, however for this service you will need to Contact Us before or immediately after your purchase.

All our deliveries are via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless stated otherwise and should arrive with you in 2-3 days. Delivery within the UK mainland (please check for prices to Islands and Highlands which may occasioinally differ) is free on orders above a total value of £60.00. For any order total less than £60.00, there is a £3.75 delivery charge. For more urgent deliveries we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed which delivers your item 9-1pm next day Monday-Friday and is tracked we would recomend this service if you are purchasing special gifts & high value items over £100 - the cost of this service is £9.75 and you will need to sign for the package.

International Enquiries

For deliveries outside of the UK or EU you would need to get in touch so we can create a custom International order. We do deliver to most countries in the world however, we can only calculate this on receiving your order. When we receive an International Order we immediately calculate the cost for that item to be delivered to the desired country. We then notify you of the cost the International Delivery would be and enquire whether you would like to follow through with your order. International Deliveries usually arrive within 5-8 working days, however this can be dependant on your local postal service or courier, and whether the parcel is delayed in customs.

It is best to contact us before placing an International order so we can inform you of the exact delivery cost.

We can only deliver to the billing address on International Deliveries for security reasons.
